Abstract

Cet article, en présentant une partie des actions mises en oeuvre au sein du Service commun de la documentation de l'Université Paris Dauphine -PSL, interroge les leviers, individuels et collectifs, qu'il est possible d'activer afin d'accompagner la montée en compétences des magasiniers induite par les transformations actuelles des métiers des bibliothèques.
