Abstract

L'observation des flux d'information devient particulièrement délicate dans les organisations ouvertes, évolutives et fortement interconnectées. La modélisation systémique permet certes de produire des représentations opératoires, mais celles-ci restent nécessairement partielles et situées, car toute modélisation implique une réduction de la complexité. Dans ce contexte, l'introduction de l'IA est souvent présentée comme un levier de simplification, capable d'optimiser la prise de décision et de rationaliser les processus. Toutefois, cette communication défend l'hypothèse inverse : l'IA constitue une nouvelle source de complexité organisationnelle. En s'appuyant sur des modèles algorithmiques opaques, en transformant les flux d'information et en reconfigurant les interactions entre acteurs humains et techniques, elle introduit des incertitudes supplémentaires et rend les systèmes encore plus difficiles à appréhender.
