Abstract

Cette recherche souhaite apporter sa contribution dans la compréhension du processus d'internationalisation d'une PME d'Afrique à Afrique, et tire son originalité dans la notion d'hyper croissance. Le cas de Yellow Africa, une PME technologique oeuvrant dans la vente et la distribution de système solaire domestique, permet de comprendre comment celle-ci peut tirer parti des réseaux pour s'internationaliser, dans un objectif de croissance rapide ou d'hyper croissance. Les matériaux empiriques issus de l'observation participante et de recherche documentaire permettent de structurer les résultats sous le modèle ESO (Milliot, 2013), en mettant en relation : les réseaux comme conditions environnementales de l'internationalisation, l'alignement entre l'innovativité managériale de la PME et la façon dont elle acquiert puis alloue ses ressources.
