Abstract

Si le rugby est le deuxième sport dans les médias, il est seulement neuvième en nombre de licenciés, ce qui constitue une préoccupation de la gouvernance fédérale. La réaffiliation, entendue comme la capacité d'un licencié à renouveler sa licence d'une saison à l'autre, constitue un enjeu central pour la Fédération Française de Rugby, en particulier dans un contexte concurrentiel avec d'autres activités sportives et culturelles.
