Abstract

Résumé La notion de business model est loin de faire consensus. Elle n'en rencontre pas moins un succès qui dépasse de loin l'univers des start-up internet où elle est apparue. À la fois outil de modélisation d'un projet à usage de ses différentes parties prenantes, grille d'analyse et de diagnostic, support de communication, de mobilisation et de conviction à l'usage des investisseurs et outil pédagogique en entrepreneuriat, le concept se révèle d'une grande richesse.
