Abstract

Un homme, ou une femme, averti en vaut-il, ou elle, vraiment deux quand on évoque l'impact d'un licenciement sur la santé mentale des personnes ? Rien n'est moins sûr, selon une étude menée pendant vingt ans en Australie. Si les résultats sont transposables, estimer ou non que l'IA détruira son emploi a peu d'impact. En revanche, retrouver vite un emploi contribue à la restauration du bien-être psychique des individus.
