Abstract

Cet article examine la structure de capital des micros, petites et moyennes entreprises (MPME) tunisiennes à travers le prisme des théories du compromis et de l'ordre hiérarchique. L'étude fait la distinction entre les micros, petites et moyennes entreprises selon leur comportement financier. Suivant la politique d'endettement des entreprises tunisiennes de notre échantillon et sur la base des régressions sur des données de panel sur la période 2005-2019, les résultats montrent que le comportement financier des petites et moyennes entreprises sont plus proches des prédictions de la théorie de l'ordre hiérarchique. Cependant, les microentreprises semblaient présenter un comportement mixte, validant les prédictions des deux théories. L'étude met également en lumière l'influence significative du printemps arabe sur la stratégie d'endettement des MPME tunisiennes justifiée par l'alignement de leur comportement financier post-révolution sur la théorie du compromis.
