Abstract

Das Policy Paper zeigt zunächst, dass das grenzüberschreitende duale Studium als Hebel zur Förderung des territorialen Zusammenhalts in der Großregion wirken kann, trotz bestehender Asymmetrien zwischen den Arbeitsmarktregionen auf beiden Seiten der Grenzen. Es identifiziert anschließend Gemeinsamkeiten und Unterschiede zwischen nationalen und grenzüberschreitenden Regelungen, um die Bedingungen für eine vertiefte Zusammenarbeit sowie die weiterhin bestehenden Hindernisse besser zu erfassen. Schließlich entwickelt es konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen für die schrittweise Etablierung eines eigenständigen Modells des grenzüberschreitenden dualen Studiums in der Großregion.
