Abstract

Une recherche-action syndicale réalisée par le Centre de recherches en économie de Grenoble (Creg) et une union départementale de la CGT a permis d'analyser les effets de l'introduction d'outils numériques de suivi de l'activité sur le travail dans plusieurs services et établissements médico-sociaux, principalement dans le champ du handicap. Cet article vise à identifier les facteurs ou les conditions d'une appropriation syndicale des résultats de cette recherche-action, dans le sens d'une transformation de l'activité syndicale sur les questions traitées par les recherches. L'objectif est ici de contribuer à la réflexion collective sur les méthodes de ces types de recherches particulières, afin d'en améliorer l'efficacité de l'appropriation syndicale.
