Abstract

La résurgence de conflits de haute intensité en Europe, la montée des tensions géopolitiques durables et la multiplication des menaces hybrides rendent désormais plausible l'hypothèse d'un engagement majeur des forces armées françaises et de leurs alliés. La résilience sanitaire participe de la stabilité démocratique, de la cohésion sociale et de la crédibilité stratégique du pays. Un dispositif de gestion de crise résilient, organisé entre le niveau national et territorial et régulièrement remis à jour et évalué, est essentiel pour répondre à ces défis et inscrire la continuité des soins dans une approche globale de sécurité sanitaire.
