Abstract

**Une cartographie intelligente des projets d'électrification décentralisée** La FERDI a initié un projet de cartographie intelligente des projets d'électrification décentralisée, la CoSMMA : Collaborative Smart Mapping of Mini-grid Action. L'ambition du projet CoSMMA est d'établir une cartographie intelligente des effets produits par les projets d'électrification décentralisée et d'identifier les meilleures pratiques. A cette fin la CoSMMA documente pour chaque projet ses caractéristiques techniques, économiques et organisationnelles ainsi que les effets observés par des évaluateurs de ces projets sur le bien-être économique social et environnemental des populations concernées. A ce jour, la base de données CoSMMA a collecté 2712 effets produits par 403 projets d'électrification décentralisée relevés par les auteurs de 125 études évaluatives publiées pour la plupart dans des revues scientifiques ou sinon dans des documents de travail soumis à comité de lecture. La croissance au cours du temps des mises en service de systèmes décentralisés évalués dans des publications est le reflet de l'intérêt croissant porté par les développeurs aux projets d'électrification décentralisée.
