Abstract

Qui ne s'est jamais demandé comment les géants tels que Netflix parvenaient à proposer - voire produire - des séries de haute qualité à un rythme aussi soutenu ? La question est d'autant plus intrigante lorsqu'il s'agit de science-fiction où, nécessairement, les effets spéciaux tiennent une place primordiale, et qu'ils supposent un niveau d'expertise élevé, un nombre conséquent d'heures de travail, et dont le résultat aura un impact décisif sur la crédibilité et donc le succès de l'histoire. Cette étude de cas permet de comprendre la façon dont Netflix sous-traite cette partie importante pour l'une des séries phare qu'elle produit : "The Umbrella Academy".
