Abstract

Cette étude de cas propose aux étudiants de se mettre à la place, tour à tour, de trois chefs d'entreprise tous exerçant dans le Facility Management, mais avec des spécialités différentes : la maintenance multi-technique, l'accueil en entreprise et la livraison BtoC et BtoB. Des activités peu visibles mais pourtant essentielles au bon fonctionnement des entreprises et qui ne peuvent pas se concevoir en télétravail. Le contexte de l'étude de cas est celui du premier confinement (mars-mai 2020), c'est-à-dire quand la France manquait cruellement de masques, de gel désinfectant, et que la dangerosité du Covid demeurait mal cernée. "Comment alors rassurer vos collaborateurs qui doivent se déplacer chez vos clients ? Comment les protéger ? Comment maintenir votre activité ?" sont autant de questions que les étudiants vont devoir se poser. Puis, ils pourront confronter leurs décisions à celles des véritables chefs d'entreprise, ce qui donnera l'occasion de voir ou de revenir sur des concepts importants.
