Abstract

Par leurs projets, expérimentations, innovations et contributions aux écosystèmes territoriaux, les organisations de l'ESS suscitent un intérêt grandissant des pouvoirs publics. Les organisations de l'ESS, sous l'effet d'une nouvelle gestion publique et de la volonté de réduire la croissance des dépenses publiques, se trouvent également impliquer dans une démarche de recherche d'efficience. Cette étude de cas repose sur une démarche cartographique et comparative des processus de mise en œuvre des OESS sur les territoires régionaux. L'étude porte sur trois régions : l'Ile de France, Le Grand Est et La Normandie. Les étudiants sont ainsi amenés à réaliser un travail de prospection afin d'appréhender les différences et les similitudes dans les perceptions, les stratégies et les spécifications des effets des politiques régionales résultant de l'application des réformes liées aux Lois HAMON et NOTRe.
