Abstract

Halfway through the 2030 Agenda, only 15% of the Sustainable Development Goals have been achieved, and the financing gap is estimated at $5,400 billion per year. Given the urgency of the situation, the financial system must allocate the necessary resources by regaining its social legitimacy in order to reorientate the practices of financiers and get them to integrate the changes required by organisational learning in a "double loop".
