Abstract

Crowd-Based Dynamics (CBD) proposes a unified theoretical framework for the analysis of collective, cognitive, informational, financial, and artificial systems. The framework is grounded in the mechanisms of accumulation, propagation, memory, saturation, and constrained governability. CBD considers observable states as stabilized outcomes emerging from latent dynamics rather than as primary causes. The framework introduces an extended formulation linking psychodynamic depth, contextual imbalances, and active temporality. It formalizes several foundational laws, including Mimetic Saturation, Informational Tipping, Temporal Governability, Conditional Reversibility, and the Cognitive Cost of Governance. CBD is not intended as a predictive model but as a structural reading operator for dynamic regimes. It aims to identify conditions of stability, transition, saturation, and loss of governability. The framework applies to crowds, financial markets, informational systems, institutions, and artificial intelligence architectures. It provides a unified perspective on open complex systems through regimes, critical thresholds, and transformation constraints.
