Abstract

Cette communication analyse un cas pédagogique immersif mobilisant le scénario de l'inacceptable pour former de futurs cadres de santé au management public responsable. À partir d'un scénario dystopique portant sur l'exclusion des travailleurs en situation de handicap, les étudiants sont amenés à analyser collectivement une situation critique et à proposer des actions managériales préventives. Ce dispositif, fondé sur l'apprentissage expérientiel et la prospective, favorise l'engagement et le développement de compétences d'analyse et de décision en configuration complexe. Il propose un modèle pédagogique transférable à d'autres enjeux de transition en management public.
