Abstract

Une étude de la Ville de Laval (Québec). L'innovation technologique et l'ouverture du marché global deviennent les moteurs de la croissance économique mondiale. Les décideurs politiques doivent comprendre le dynamisme de la mondialisation et attirer des Investissements Directs à l'Étranger (IDE) à forte intensité technologique. Compte tenu des rôles de l'innovation technologique et des réseaux d'affaires au sein de la mondialisation, Hidalgo et Hausmann (2009) ont développé le paradigme de la complexité économique et le concept de réseau d'espace produit (the Atlas of Economic Complexity).
