Abstract

La création et le développement d'une structure dans le champ de l'Économie Sociale et Solidaire (ESS), nécessite la collaboration de plusieurs acteurs, ce qui n'est pas forcément aisé, ni automatique. Des tensions et des frontières de connaissance peuvent apparaître, notamment liées aux représentations et intérêts propres aux acteurs concernés. Nous le montrons à partir du cas Omnibus Lorraine, qui propose un service de transport et d'accompagnement médico-social de patients atteints d'Alzheimer dans le cadre du plan Alzheimer 2008-2012, prévoyant l'ouverture d'accueils de jour en EHPAD. La collaboration peut être facilitée lorsque les différents acteurs convergent vers un objectif qui fait consensus, mais notre contribution met aussi en exergue l'importance d'un acteur-clé de la structure, le Président du Conseil d'administration de la SCIC Omnibus Lorraine, agissant comme un passeur de frontières, avec un rôle de médiateur et de traducteur entre les acteurs.
