Abstract

En 2020, 85 % des recrutements ont été gérés par au moins un algorithme. Que le recruteur ait utilisé le moteur de recherche d'un réseau social, que le candidat ait répondu à une offre sélectionnée pour lui par un job board, que les individus en aient conscience ou non, la technologie est à l'oeuvre dans le sourcing.
