Abstract

Le basculement de l'enseignement supérieur vers le numérique, fortement accéléré par la pandémie et ses contraintes sanitaires, soulève des enjeux éthiques majeurs en matière de triche et de plagiat. Or « on ne peut pas résoudre les problèmes actuels d'intégrité avec les outils du passé. Le droit et les règlements universitaires ne sont pas adaptés », comme l'affirmait Michelle Bergadaà à l'occasion de la labellisation par la Fondation nationale pour l'enseignement de la gestion des entreprises (FNEGE) de son ouvrage L'urgence de l'intégrité académique, coordonné avec Paulo Peixoto.
