Abstract

Cet article analyse la durabilité post-événement des stades hôtes de Coupe du Monde FIFA à partir d'un benchmark international couvrant les trajectoires observées entre 1998 et 2022. L'objectif est d'identifier les configurations de gouvernance les plus susceptibles de favoriser une utilisation durable des infrastructures après l'événement et d'en tirer des enseignements pour la stratégie des stades nationaux au Maroc à l'horizon 2030. Mobilisant une logique comparative inspirée du Most Similar Systems Design, l'étude teste le sous-modèle ILGAM-B, centré sur les relations entre gouvernance, performance opérationnelle post- événement, intensité d'utilisation et trajectoire d'héritage. Les résultats montrent que les trajectoires les plus robustes associent généralement gouvernance lisible, ancrage compétitif ou multifonctionnalité, insertion métropolitaine favorable et modèle économique soutenable.
