L’usage rhétorique de la notion de capital humain par les consultants

Abstract

À partir de la littérature sur les consultants et le développement de nouveaux concepts, cet article vise à analyser la manière dont le capital humain est présenté par les consultants sur leur site Internet. Une recherche qualitative est réalisée à travers une analyse de contenu de la présentation de l'offre de service relative au capital humain proposée par vingt-cinq cabinets de conseil. Nos résultats montrent une hétérogénéité du contenu associé au capital humain selon les consultants justifiée par un usage rhétorique de ce concept.
