Abstract

The development of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare facilities, in line with national policies, faces a mixed reality. Healthcare executives remain poorly trained in digital technology. Studies show that AI can enhance their ability to anticipate needs, provided that transparency, ethics, and human oversight are ensured. However, obstacles remain. To successfully navigate this transition, ongoing training, clear protocols, and appropriate governance are essential.
