Abstract

Cette communication analyse un dispositif pédagogique basé sur le scénario de l'inacceptable pour former de futurs managers du tourisme aux enjeux de préservation des écosystèmes. Lors de la journée intégrative 2025 de l'IAE Corse dédiée à la RSE, 33 étudiants en Master Tourisme ont été confrontés à un scénario dystopique projetant la destruction des écosystèmes d'une destination causée par le tourisme de masse. À partir d'artefacts immersifs, ils ont élaboré collectivement des stratégies préventives. Les observations révèlent une transformation des représentations professionnelles. Ce dispositif, articulant la prospective et l'apprentissage expérientiel, constitue un levier pédagogique transférable pour préparer aux dilemmes du management territorial dans un contexte de transitions.
