Abstract

Caractérisées par une finalité sociale ou collective, les organisations de l'Economie Sociale et Solidaire (OESS) présentent une diversité de formes organisationnelles (associations, mutuelles...) dont la saisie est un défi. Comprendre leur action collective (entendue comme une action commune plus ou moins organisée) se révèle alors vertigineux. Pour guider le chercheur, l'approche par le projet (ou Project-Based View) constitue dès lors une boussole robuste (Bréchet & Desreumaux, 2018 ; Bréchet, 2019). Elle s'adapte particulièrement à des contextes exigeants (par exemple, du fait d'acteurs nombreux et hétérogènes ou de niveaux d'action multiples). Après avoir exposé dans une première partie de ce chapitre les fondements du projet, la deuxième partie dessine les potentialités de l'approche pour les OESS tandis que la troisième propose quelques perspectives.
