Abstract

Selon les prévisions de France Travail, les besoins de recrutement en 2025 devraient être comparables à ceux de 2024, soit près de 2,8 millions de projets d'embauches. Selon la même enquête, 57% des projets de recrutement seront « difficiles ». Mais de quelles difficultés s'agit-il ? Désistements, demandes irréalistes de télétravail ou de rémunération sont le quotidien des recruteurs (« Pratiques de recrutement des cadres », APEC, 2024).
