Abstract

En contraignant les individus à travailler depuis leur domicile, la pandémie du Covid-19 aura été un accélérateur sans précédent de l'adoption massive du télétravail, faisant par la même occasion chuter le taux d'occupation des bureaux. Dans ce contexte, et en gardant bien en tête que les locaux représentent le deuxième poste de dépenses des entreprises juste derrière les salaires, beaucoup de directions adoptèrent le système du Flex-Office : les bureaux ne sont désormais plus attribués aux salariés de manière permanente, car c'est au jour le jour que la place de chacun se détermine, en fonction des disponibilités quand on arrive.
