Abstract

Face au changement climatique qui nous impose de repenser notre alimentation et, par extension, notre production agricole, il s'avère de plus en plus nécessaire de revisiter la nature du lien pouvant exister entre la qualité d'un produit agricole et le sol dont il est issu. Ce lien se matérialise dans les contours d'un concept fort connu dans le secteur viticole : le terroir.
