Abstract

Ça y est, la « Grande démission » (« Big Quit ») arrive en France. La vague de départs volontaires enregistrée aux États-Unis l'été dernier, plus de 4,3 millions de salariés au seul mois d'août, du jamais vu depuis que les statistiques américaines sur les démissions existent, atteint aujourd'hui l'Hexagone. Elle semble toucher tous les salariés, les moins comme les plus qualifiés, dans les PME et les grands groupes.
