Abstract

La mise en place des systèmes intelligents (SI) dans les dispositifs de pilotage du programme sport-études au Maroc représente une innovation technologique et un enjeu stratégique de taille dans les politiques de promotion de la formation des jeunes sportifs. Depuis son avènement, le programme sport-études rencontre plusieurs obstacles tels que : surcharge des emplois du temps, manque de suivi personnalisé, encadrement limité et complexité organisationnelle. Dans ce contexte, les systèmes intelligents (SI) apparaissent comme un levier prometteur pour renforcer l'efficacité et la gestion de ces parcours. Cette étude exploratoire vise à analyser dans quelle mesure les SI peuvent contribuer à l'optimisation des programmes Sport-Études au Maroc. Notre plan d'investigation va porter sur quatre dimensions d'analyse : la planification intelligente des emplois du temps, le suivi en temps réel des résultats scolaires et les performances sportives des élèves inscrits dans le programme. Les recommandations proposées visent à identifier des solutions numériques pertinentes, tout en mettant en évidence les obstacles liés à la disponibilité des ressources technologiques, au niveau de familiarisation du personnel avec la manipulation des outils numériques intelligents, aux coûts financiers d'implémentation, ainsi qu'à l'acceptabilité de leur usage.
