Abstract

Passée l'annonce des premières estimations sur la composition des futurs conseils régionaux, dimanche à 20 heures, l'ensemble des forces politiques s'accordaient pour faire de l'abstention un des faits majeurs du second tour des élections régionales. Le phénomène semble général. Près de deux électeurs sur trois ne se sont pas déplacés. La participation ne progresse qu'en Guyane par rapport au scrutin de 2015. Seule la Corse a vu plus de la moitié de sa population se rendre dans les bureaux de vote.
