Abstract

Cette note identifie trois chantiers qu'un partenariat renouvelé entre l'Afrique et la France devrait cibler pour rendre les systèmes agro-alimentaires africains résilients, durables et davantage performants pour tendre notamment vers une plus grande souveraineté alimentaire : la structuration des chaînes de valeur agricoles, le financement des filières et l'accès aux marchés domestique, régionaux et internationaux. Ces trois chantiers sont complémentaires et les conduire nécessite l'action et la coordination d'une multiplicité d'acteurs, notamment privés. Ils sont déjà identifiés comme prioritaires par les parties prenantes et le succès du Sommet Africa Forward pourrait reposer sur des engagements précis et des annonces à même de lever les verrous et catalyser l'action collective.
