Abstract

Pour "réenchanter" le bureau et donner envie à leurs collaborateurs de revenir travailler dans leurs locaux, les entreprises multiplient les services mais tous ne se valent pas en termes d'effets organisationnels. Avec l'adoption massive du télétravail en mode hybride et - de fait - du Flex-Office organisant une rotation du personnel présent sur site, les rituels de socialisation, élément fondamental de la cohésion de l'organisation, sont mis à mal. Or, derrière l'érosion de ces salutations matinales et brèves discussions quotidiennes, c'est bien l'esprit de corps de l'organisation qui est affecté.
