Abstract

Le Forum Économique Mondial affirme que l'intelligence émotionnelle fait partie des 10 compétences les plus importantes à maîtriser. Notre capacité à comprendre nos émotions, à les maîtriser, à comprendre celles des autres et à les influencer expliquerait en effet 80 % de notre réussite professionnelle, d'après le célèbre chercheur et psychologue américain Daniel Goleman. Mais comment apprendre à développer son intelligence émotionnelle ? Et surtout comment apprendre à dépasser le cadre d'une simple quête narcissique pour atteindre le véritable « souci de soi » et agir plus efficacement pour le bien de son organisation, voire de la Cité ?
