Abstract

Le numérique reste un secteur encore imprégné de puissantes normes de virilité. Bien loin d'être des entreprises « castrées » et en manque d'« énergie masculine », elles doivent encore relever d'importants défis. Si le secteur doit évoluer, ne serait-ce pas pour offrir un environnement de travail équitable et sécurisant, où les femmes se sentent respectées, valorisées et en confiance ?
