Abstract

يتناول هذا البحث الخطاب الإداري في القصص القرآني من خلال نموذجين متقابلين: الأول نموذج الخطاب الرشيد المستنبط من آية طه (17-18)، والثاني نموذج الخطاب المعطَّل المستنبط من آيات البقرة (67-71). ويهدف البحث إلى استنباط إطار معياري ثلاثي للخطاب الإداري يقوم على: تحليل الجهة المخاطِبة، وتحليل نوع الخطاب، وتحليل الهدف منه، مع تحليل بنية الإجابة في كلا النموذجين عنصراً عنصراً. وقد توصّل البحث إلى أن الخطاب الرشيد يتميز بالشمولية المنضبطة والاستجابة الاستباقية والإقرار المفتوح، في حين يتسم الخطاب المعطَّل بالتهجم والتحويل والتضييق والامتثال الناقص. ويُقدم البحث نموذجاً معيارياً قابلاً للتطبيق في البيئات الإدارية المعاصرة
