Abstract

À l'heure du web 3.0 et du métayers, le secteur de l'immobilier a entrepris une mutation de ses activités pour que la dématérialisation profite aussi à la pierre et aux acteurs de l'immobilier. Le présent ouvrage a pour objet d'appréhender d'un point vue théorique et pratique les évolutions nécessaires de certains aspects juridiques et managériaux du secteur de l'immobilier aux technologies numériques. D'une part, l'encadrement juridique doit s'adapter pour sécuriser la construction, la transaction et la gestion des immeubles. D'autre part, les innovations digitales doivent être opportunément employées par les entreprises immobilières au bénéfice de leurs activités. La pluridisciplinarité de l'ouvrage a été rendue possible par le partenariat de l'université de Lorraine et de l'université de Perpignan Via Domitia avec la Fédération nationale de l'immobilier (FNAIM).
