Abstract

Le "mercato" des directeurs de cabinet qui s'organise après les municipales de 2026 révèle autant la solidarité d'un milieu que l'extrême fragilité juridique d'une fonction pourtant centrale dans les collectivités, analyse Jérémy Aldrin, maître de conférences à l'université de Lorraine et responsable du DU manager de cabinet à l'IAE de Metz. À l'heure où le rapport sénatorial Vial-Durain reste largement sans suite, il juge urgent de reconnaître, professionnaliser, et mieux rémunérer ces collaborateurs politiques.
