L’accompagnement entrepreneurial à l’épreuve de la low-tech : la recomposition du soutien par les entrepreneurs alternatifs

Abstract

La low-tech constitue une forme d'entrepreneuriat émergente et atypique, inscrite dans le schéma de la durabilité forte et reposant sur des enjeux sociotechniques très développés. En décalage avec les référentiels dominants, les projets low-tech rencontrent des difficultés d'accès et d'adéquation aux dispositifs d'accompagnement entrepreneurial classiques. Il s'agit alors de comprendre comment les projets alternatifs low-tech de création d'activité entrepreneuriale s'intègrent – ou non – dans ces dispositifs. L'étude adopte une approche qualitative abductive, fondée sur des immersions au sein de la communauté et d'entreprises low-tech, et sur des entretiens semi-directifs avec des porteurs de projet et des accompagnateurs. Les résultats mettent en évidence un désajustement structurel entre projets low-tech et dispositifs classiques d'accompagnement, (i) lié à des finalités entrepreneuriales divergentes, (ii) et à des régimes d'éligibilité et de valuation qui contraignent les porteurs de projet low-tech à un travail de traduction. Ce désajustement (iii) conduit à une recomposition de l'écologie du soutien entrepreneurial par les porteurs eux-mêmes. Cette recherche contribue à reconsidérer les cadres dominants de l'accompagnement entrepreneurial, à analyser les dispositifs institués comme des espaces de traduction, et à élargir l'analyse du soutien entrepreneurial à des configurations distribuées intégrant des formes non instituées.
