Abstract

Dans cet article, nous définissons ce qu'on appelle communément une politique de « gratuité des transports en commun ». Nous présentons les grands enjeux qui sont généralement avancés pour justifier sa mise en oeuvre et discutons, à l'aide des outils de la science économique et des études de cas, de la capacité de cette politique à atteindre ces différents objectifs.
