Abstract

C'est un peu comme une course infinie, entre les influenceurs et le législateur. À mesure que celui-ci prend des dispositions pour réguler les usages, les spécialistes de l'incitation à consommer s'adaptent et trouvent de nouveaux modes de communication, qui, par ricochet, suscitent de nouvelles lois… Au fur et à mesure, un équilibre se précise pour définir les pratiques commerciales éthiques.
