Abstract

Cette communication porte sur l'entrée d'établissements publics français d'enseignement supérieur - les IAE - dans le processus d'accréditation américaine AACSB. Elle se concentre sur le domaine des Ressources Humaines et interroge le décalage possible entre les exigences de l'accréditation AACSB en termes de gestion du corps professoral et les pratiques de gestion des enseignants-chercheurs dans les IAE. A cette fin, nous mobilisons le cadre théorique sur les outils de gestion développé récemment par Martineau (2017, 2020, 2023) en confrontant l'utilisateur modèle et l'utilisateur empirique de l'outil– ici l'accréditation AACSB- et repérer dans le cas présent des décalages. Nous aboutissons à identifier une « étrange » situation de gestion composée de deux décalages entre l'outil et l'utilisateur, situation qui devra être gérée par les directions et collectifs IAE. Ces apports empiriques permettent également d'illustrer la pertinence du cadre théorique de Martineau pour l'étude d'outils de gestion dans leur complexité.
