Évolution du métier d’aide à domicile vers le numérique en santé. Une étude exploratoire à travers l’expérience des bénéficiaires

Abstract

Les métiers de l'aide à domicile sont au cœur de la transformation numérique du secteur médico-social. Ils se digitalisent tant au niveau de l'organisation des services d'accompagnement et d'aide à domicile (SA A D) qu'au niveau du domicile même des personnes accompagnées, la domotique en est un élément fondateur. Plus récemment l'arrivée du numérique en santé complète ce panorama. En étudiant l'expérience des bénéficiaires âgés d'aides à domicile, au moyen de 28 entretiens semi-directifs, nous montrons que le travail de ces dernières a évolué pour permettre notamment l'accès à la santé numérique durant la crise sanitaire. Ce rôle stratégique des aides à domicile peut être constaté par tout un chacun dans la vie de tous les jours, directement ou par l'intermédiaire des médias et des réseaux sociaux. Afin de renforcer l'image de ces métiers, les politiques publiques et les politiques employeurs devraient donc ajuster la définition et la communication métiers aux réalités de terrain.
