Abstract

الملخص تُعدّ دراسات القيادة في إدارة الأزمات مجالاً واسعاً في الأدبيات المعاصرة، إلا أن معظمها يركّز على النماذج النظرية الحديثة، مع محدودية توظيف النصوص القرآنية بوصفها إطاراً تحليلياً لفهم الفشل القيادي. ومن هنا، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل الفشل القيادي في إدارة الأزمات من خلال مقارنة النموذجين القرآنيين للملك وفرعون، وذلك للكشف عن العوامل البنيوية التي تؤثر في نجاح القيادة أو إخفاقها في السياقات الحرجة. تعتمد الدراسة على المنهج التحليلي المقارن القائم على الاستنباط من النصوص القرآنية، من خلال تحليل المواقف القيادية في كل نموذج وربطها بإطار تحليلي خماسي يتضمن: المرونة المعرفية، والانفتاح على المعلومات، والتفويض المؤسسي، وإدارة التصعيد، والذكاء العاطفي. وتخلص الدراسة إلى أن الفشل القيادي في إدارة الأزمات يرتبط بالبنية الداخلية للقائد أكثر من ارتباطه بالظروف الخارجية، وأن القصص القرآني يقدّم إطاراً تحليلياً يمكن توظيفه في تطوير نماذج قيادية معاصرة قائمة على المرونة والاستشارة وتحقيق المصلحة العامة.
