Abstract

L'innovation de rupture bouleverse les pratiques, les modes d'action et les organisations. L'armée de Terre doit faire face à ces évolutions inéluctables. Il faut répondre à ces défis majeurs pour construire les capacités du futur et garantir la performance opérationnelle aujourd'hui. L'idée est de cultiver l'esprit d'initiative dans la perspective de gagner la bataille.
