Abstract

Ce livre insiste sur l'utilité de la recherche infirmière, notamment des doctorats, et revient sur l'importance du rôle des infirmières chercheuses, l'intégration des activités scientifiques au temps de travail favorisant l'attractivité organisationnelle.
