Abstract

Depuis une vingtaine d'années, les questions climatiques ont transformé les priorités des politiques publiques en matière d'énergie. Le marché de l'électricité a ainsi connu de profondes mutations et l'émergence de nouveaux acteurs et dispositifs. En s'appuyant sur le principe d'autoconsommation collective, les associations pour la mutualisation d'une énergie de proximité (AMEP), apparaissent comme un nouveau mode de production et de consommation d'électricité.
