Abstract

Cet article met en évidence l'intérêt pour les chercheurs et les praticiens de s'associer pour travailler sur les problématiques rencontrées dans le cadre des projets inter-organisationnels territoriaux. L'étude de cas présentée porte sur la co-construction et la mise en œuvre d'un projet de GRH-territoriale dans le cadre d'une recherche-action participante éthique. Elle analyse les actions menées par un chercheur et un praticien lors de l'émergence et du déploiement de ce projet et permet d'expliciter les apports des relations du couple chercheur-praticien dans la fabrique de la coopération territoriale.
