Abstract

Cette recherche réalisée auprès d'un échantillon de 14 professionnels du tourisme durable en France (composé d'agences de voyage, d'associations et de fédérations), a pour objectif, sur la base d'une méthode particulière nommée Investigateur Multistade de l'Identité Sociale (IMIS), d'identifier les niveaux d'engagement perçus des participants en termes de pratiques du tourisme durable. Le niveau d'engagement participe à la construction d'une identité sociale positive conduisant à un sentiment de performance ou d'efficacité personnelle. Les résultats de l'étude montrent une adéquation entre l'identité sociale endossée en lien avec le niveau d'engagement dans le tourisme durable et l'estime de Soi qui sur le plan théorique conduit au sentiment d'efficacité personnelle.
